Urban GC, Inc. – Gift Certificate Policy


1. Purpose

Urban GC, Inc. (“Company”) issues Gift Certificates as a token of appreciation to registered customers upon the successful completion of a construction project, or under special approval from the Company’s management.


2. Use of Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates may be applied toward the payment of construction-related services provided by Urban GC, Inc. They function as a credit with the Company and may be redeemed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.


3. Delivery and Value

The value of the Gift Certificate will be stated on its face. Certificates are issued electronically or in printed form by the Company’s Administration Department.


4. Expiration

Gift Certificates must be redeemed by the expiration date shown on the certificate. Any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited and will have no cash value.


5. Restrictions

  • Gift Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • They may only be used for payments made directly to Urban GC, Inc. for construction services.

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged certificates will not be reissued without proof of purchase/issuance and are subject to the sole discretion of the Company.


6. Purchase of Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are generally issued as a reward of appreciation and are not regularly sold to the public. Purchase or issuance is subject to the special approval of the Company’s management.


7. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

1. 목적

Urban GC, Inc.(이하 “회사”)는 시공 프로젝트가 성공적으로 완료된 고객에게 감사의 표시로 상품권을 발행하거나, 회사 경영진의 특별 승인 하에 발행할 수 있습니다.


2. 사용 방법

Gift Certificate은 Urban GC, Inc.가 제공하는 건설 관련 서비스 비용 결제에 사용할 수 있으며, 회사의 적립금과 동일하게 취급됩니다. 사용은 본 약관에 따라 이루어집니다.


3. 발급 및 금액

Gift Certificate의 가치는 Gift Certificate 표면에 기재되며, 회사 관리 부서에서 전자 또는 인쇄 형태로 발급됩니다.


4. 유효기간

Gift Certificate은 표기된 유효기간 내에 사용해야 하며, 유효기간이 지난 후 사용하지 않은 잔액은 소멸되며 현금 가치가 없습니다.


5. 제한 사항

  • Gift Certificate은 양도 불가, 환불 불가, 현금화 불가합니다.

  • Urban GC, Inc.의 건설 서비스 비용 결제에만 사용 가능합니다.

  • 분실, 도난 또는 훼손된 Gift Certificate은 구매/발급 증빙이 없는 경우 재발급되지 않으며, 재발급 여부는 전적으로 회사의 재량에 따릅니다.


6. Gift Certificate 구매

Gift Certificate은 일반적으로 고객 감사의 표시로 발행되며, 일반 대중에게 판매되지 않습니다. 구매 또는 발행은 회사 경영진의 특별 승인을 받아야 합니다.


7. 준거법

본 약관은 법률 충돌 원칙에 관계없이 뉴욕주 법률의 적용을 받습니다.
